Moms are aching as their children become more malnourished each day.

A growing number of children with disabilities in Uganda are arriving at our partner hospital dangerously malnourished. Over the past year, malnutrition rates have drastically increased. With rising food and fuel prices, climate shocks, and now, drastic cuts to global aid and nutrition programs, families are on the brink of survival and have nowhere to turn. Without life-saving nutrition support, children will die.

Uganda has one of the highest malnutrition rates in the world… and children with disabilities are the most vulnerable. Today, you can help stop malnutrition and save a child’s life. You can give a child with disability and their family the life-saving nutrition they need.

Situation on the Ground

Over the past year alone, we've seen malnutrition rates drastically increase across children coming to our hospital. Approximately 40% of children with disabilities assessed at our hospital are undernourished.
