We are doctors, teachers, health workers, community advocates, and funding partners like you – passionate about giving hope and medical care to children trapped in poverty and disability.
We believe following Jesus means caring for vulnerable, forgotten kids.
We go to the world’s poorest places, to work with children living in poverty with disability. We are committed to bringing holistic care and support to kids who are too often left behind. With your help, we ensure children with disabilities are included in development programs and emergency relief efforts — all to give the miracle of hope and healing.
Jesus spent His life caring for children, women, men on the fringes of society – those who were blind, poor, forgotten. He is our inspiration.

With over a decade of experience in major gifts and partnerships, Meagan helps donors see the lasting impact of their generosity — how investments turn into life-changing healthcare for children with disabilities living in deep poverty. She leads the Partnership Development team at Hope and Healing International and guides the stewardship of our most generous supporters through personalized engagement, impact reports, and compelling stories. Meagan is driven by a deep conviction that God calls us to be His hands and feet — restoring dignity, joy, and hope to the most vulnerable children in His name. “I firmly believe that every child deserves to feel loved, and that’s exactly what happens through this work.”
