To help you prepare your heart for Christmas, we’ve created 4 Scripture-based breath prayer colouring pages for each week of Advent.
Breath prayers combine deep breathing with meditation on God’s Word, helping to calm your body while focusing your mind on truth. To try it, breathe in for the first part of the prayer, and breathe out for the second. The prayers can be spoken, whispered, or you can silently meditate on them in rhythm with your breathing. Repeat as needed.
We hope these prayers will help you pause and take a breath during this busy season as you centre your mind on Jesus and the meaning of His birth.
