Ham n’ Cheese Roll-Ups

  • 1 package crescent-roll dough 
  • 8 slices deli ham (black forest or honey ham work well!) 
  • 1 cup shredded cheese 
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard (optional) 
  1. Pre-heat the oven according to the crescent-roll instructions. 
  2. Unroll the dough onto your work surface and separate into 4 long rectangles, following the perforations. 
  3. Place 2 slices of deli ham onto each rectangle. 
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard on each rectangle (if using). 
  5. Sprinkle each with ¼ cup shredded cheese. 
  6. Starting at the shortest side, roll up each rectangle. Press and seal. 
  7. Cut each of the 4 rolls into 5 pieces – 20 pieces total.
  8. Place cut side down on the ungreased cookie sheet. 
  9. Bake rolls in preheated oven until the cheese is gooey and the rolls are golden brown.
